Canister Wet Wipe Machine Prodution Line

Most of the equipment about wet wipes have single function. Customers cannot perfectly connect other related equipment. Even if they are connected as a complete production line, there will be a lot of inconvenience and troubles to the customers because the various machines in the whole line cannot be perfectly matched and the production is not stable and smooth.

Our company has designed a full automated wet wipes production and packaging lines as requested by our customers. Starting from unscrambling canisters to load them into case. The production lines are adaptable to different output, flexible, with reasonable price, and the whole production line is perfectly matched, which is well received by customers.

The following figure shows one of the production lines, including processes of rewinding, slitting, canister unscrambling, stuffing wipe into canister, sealing, capping, labeling, packing, sealing and palletizing.
