Features of Blister Packages

A Blister package is a packaging form in which the product is sealed between a blister formed of a transparent plastic sheet and a backing plate (made of cardboard, plastic film, aluminum foil or their composite materials).

The blister packaging machine was mainly used for packing pharmaceuticals such as tablets, capsules, and suppositories at the beginning. Now it is widely used for packing food, cosmetics, stationery, toys, gifts, tools, and mechanical and electrical parts.

The transparent blister is easy to see the shape and size of the equipment; the substrate can be printed with basic information such as the equipment code, name, specification part number and barcode, which is convenient for identification and number counting of the equipment in the package, and avoids receiving and sending errors.

The blister packs are easy to open and easy to use. When using a single one of them, it does not affect the airtightness and protection of others.
