Troubleshoot of The Toilet Paper Packaging Machine

When using a toilet paper wrapping machine, the following troubleshooting can make the machine pack toilet paper rolls stably, smoothly and quickly.

1. Tissue Paper film goes left or right.

Corrective Action: Center the paper film roller in the middle of the shaft.

2. The center of cut tissue paper film doesn’t align to the center of the toilet roll. Problem Corrective Action: Turn the handle wheel under the paper film cutting and feeding station.

3. The tension of tissue paper film is not enough.

Corrective Action: Check the spring of the swing arm.

4. The length of cut tissue paper film is unstable.

Corrective Action: Check the tension of rubber roller is even or not.

5. Cut tissue paper film with burrs.

Corrective Action: Check the cutting knife is break or not. Replace cutting knife in time.

6. Cut tissue paper film in wrong place.

Corrective Action: Adjust the position of the photo sensor.

7. The springs of two steel baffles are too tight.

Corrective Action: Adjust the distance between two steel baffles.

8. The tissue paper film pushing plate reaches out too far.

Corrective Action: Adjust the paper film pushing plate.

9. The photo sensors scratch the toilet rolls.

Corrective Action: Adjust the position of photo sensors.

10. The distance between guide bars is too shorter or longer.

Corrective Action: Adjust the distance between guide bars.

11. The upper guide plate is too higher or lower.

Corrective Action: Adjust the height of the upper guide plate.

12. The speed of front conveyor doesn’t match the rear conveyor.

Corrective Action: Adjust the speed of conveyors on the screen.
