Overview

BF-240 Automatic monodose blister packaging machine can thermoform monodose blisters, fill and seal monodose containers and vials automatically. The unit dose capacity is from 1 to 200ml.

This machine is produced in accordance with GMP standard and is suitable for high speed production of unit dose packs for food, pharmaceutical, personal care and chemical industry.

Features

- Controlled by motion controllers and driven by servo motors to ensure the machine runs accurately.

- Use single layer film and can form stand-up monodose containers with flat bottom.

- Center printings on both sides of mono dose containers.

- Adopt peristaltic pump or piston pump, different filling units are available according to product characteristics and dosing requirements.

- Accurate filling without leakage, foam or overflow.

- Made of stainless steel AISI 304 and 316L, produced in accordance with GMP standards.
